Create return
We naturally hope it will never be the case… But should you ever wish to return our product(s), we have made it easy super for you.
At RICE, we provide you with 30 days right – from the date you received it - to return an item.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Remember to save your postal receipt as documentation for sending your return package to us.
Once we receive your return, we will credit the product(s) and transfer the amount to your account.
You can create your return in two ways:
1. Create return through “My Account”
Log into your RICE account and find your order. Select the product(s) in question, click at “start return” and fulfill the form.

2. Create return with order number and email
In the form below enter the email address used to make the order as well as your order number (CXXXX). Click “create return” and fulfill the form.
