Claim and Return

If you regret your purchase or if you need to make a claim you can easily do that right here.

You always have a 30-day return right from the day you receive your item. Fill in the form, and print the receipt you receive on your mail afterwards. Remember it is your responsibility to secure the return package, and you will return it at your own expense to RICE.  Remember to save your postal receipt as proof of your return. We will transfer the money back to your account when we receive the item.

If you need to make a claim you can easily fill out the form and confirm. Costumer Service will then return to you as soon as possible!

In order to make a return or a claim just choose the invoice and then the specific products. After choosing the cause and units, you write a short comment. In most cases you will need to upload one or two pictures for documentation. Confirm and your request is on its way…
