We naturally hope it will never be the case - but should you ever wish to return one of our beautiful products, we have made it super easy for you.
At RICE we provide you with 30 days right to return an item, from the date you received it.
You can create your return in two ways - through your My Account or using your order number and email address
When you are logged in to your RICE account, you can register your return by pressing "Returns" in the left hand menu. Next, all you have to do is follow the 3 simple steps in the returns guide.
