We have made it easy for you to create a claim

We hope that it won't ever be necessary - but should you against all odds receive a faulty product, it is super easy to create a claim.

You have 2 years from the date of purchase, to register your claim.


You can create your claim in two ways - through your My Account or using your order number and email address

1: My Account

When you are logged in to your RICE account, you can register your claim by pressing "Claims" in the left hand menu. Next, all you have to do is follow the 3 simple steps in the claims guide.

2: Email and order number

In the form below, enter the email address you used to make the order as well as your order number (you can find you order number in the order confirmation email, it starts with "WEB-"). Next, you simply have to follow the 3 easy steps in our claims guide.
