Welcome to RICE - By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions before you place your order.
Please note that these conditions only apply for purchases made on www.ricebyrice.com. If you have bought your RICE products at a dealer, please contact your dealer for further information about terms and conditions.

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information such as name, address and payment details. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. The invoice will be sent together with the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a copy of the invoice and also a track’n’trace number so you can easily track your order.
Freight and Delivery
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is typically 3-7 working days from the date of purchase.
RICE will deliver the goods in accordance to the delivery address entered by you during check-out. Freight costs are fixed depending on your delivery country.
We offer free shipping within EU*, on all orders above € 59**.
*RICE is only shipping to European countries with the exception of Norway, Cyprus, The Channel Islands Jersey, Guernesey and United Kingdom.
**Please note that free shipping above €59 does not apply to following countries: Greece, Hungary, Malta and Romania. For mentioned countries, our free shipping minimum limit is €200.
RICE’s online shop accepts the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron. Payment will be made via an approved and secure payment site. We will charge your card when the items in your order is despatched. All prices indicated for products available via this website are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of 25%VAT.

You can safely shop on our website. All communication between our payment system and you as the card holder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection).
Claims and returns
We act after the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warrant on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.

A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk.
European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint about a product bought at www.ricebyrice.com. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. By filing a complaint, enter our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
We operate with a 30 days return policy from the day of the receipt of goods for purchases made on www.ricebyrice.com.

Please note that if you are returning a product then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting. RICE will not accept returns sent by COD or for pickup at a service point.
Once we have received your returned item (s) we will process it as quickly as possible and return the amount to your account. We will only pay back the money to the card you used when purchasing the goods. This is to eliminate the risk of fraud.
Before returning any item to us, we do ask you that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value. For uncollected packages RICE reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of return shipping, service and handling.
